CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF MALE INFERTILITY

What causes male infertility?
     Infertility in man is usually caused as a result of production of sperm or its mobility. Medical test by doctor will reveal the main problem associated to the infertility.75% of men infertility is associated with production of sperm.  It’s either the sperm produces are not enough or they are not working effectively.

Transportation of sperm are as a problem are  found in about two third of male , those men that had a vasectomy wish now want  to have more children. Blockages otherwise known as obstructions in tubes which leads to sperm moving from testes to the penis and cause complete absence of sperm in ejaculation of semen.

     An enlarged varicose vein called Variocele in the spermatic cord which connects to testicle

Diagnosis
     Apart from the physical exam and medical history, essential tests towards male infertility include:
Imaging tests towards looking at structural problems
Blood testing to ascertain hormone levels
Analysis of semen in evaluating quantity and the quality of sperm
 Genetically testing to ascertain sperm DNA fragmentation genetic diseases and chromosomal defects
Treatment
     Male infertility treatment must first notice underlying medical problems that are contributing towards fertility problems. Therapeutic method of drug use may be applied in the treatment of hormonal malfunctioning. Surgical operation can be applied towards correcting any obstructions at reproductive tract and variocele.
When infertility problem remain unsolved, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is commonly applied combined with vitro fertilization (IVF) to get pregnant if male infertility are one of the factor. The ICSI include given injection to  a single sperm inside an egg obtained from IVF. Fertilized egg then implanted into woman. Successes   of pregnant progress depend on various attributing factors.
Infertility. So many treatment opportunity are  available for proper management, in some cases treatment will not be effective.  In some instances, man infertility caused by damage to resulting inefficient of the sperm production due to failure of testicle that if damage sperm will not be able to produce sperm efficiently, this is the same as menopause reach by women naturally which cannot be treated. Inspite availability of medical drug which hinder capability to manage infertility in man,many management and treatment availability  for many causes. Outside damage to testicule, main cause of male infertility are poor sperm quality and low sperm count.
